Complaints and Compliments

At Audley Health Centre we make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice. However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint.

We take all complaints very seriously. We aim to deal with problems as soon as they are risen. We have a comprehensive complaints policy and procedure that meets the requirements of the NHS national criteria.

We take complaints very seriously. If you need to make a complaint about the practice or the services we offer, please contact the Practice Manager by email ,telephone or writing.

We will answer your concerns as soon as possible.
